Determined Shot?
Determined Shot cannot be "Blocked" or "Evaded". If this attack misses, all your Bow Attacks are disabled for 10 seconds. (50% miss chance with Marksmanship less than 8)
Energy Cost 5 Casting Time 0 seconds Recharge Time 10 seconds What is the point of this skill? Unless I was making a Ranger build that used all the bow attacks that cannot be attacked or evaded, I would never take this skill. I probably wouldn't take it anyways. Is this just another one of those broken skills that needs to be addressed before release (like Unnatural Signet, Irresistable Chop, etc) Also this site has it listed as Elite, while KT and GWOnline have it as non-elite. Which site is right? |

The skill is no longer elite - Marksman's Wager took its place.
It is indeed a godawful skill that you should never use under any circumstances. Toss it in the pile with Unnatural Signet. Peace, -CxE
